Halton Hills Chocolate got its beginning in 2001 in Ontario, Canada. It was situated in the beautiful Niagara Escarpment. It quickly became known for its chocolate pizza and other chocolate delicacies. Jackie Beasley began in her kitchen selling at a local farmers market and she became known in her small town as “The Chocolate Lady”. In 2004 the business moved to Historic Castle Rock, Colorado where it continues to produce quality chocolate specialties. All the products are still handmade or hand dipped within , Jackie’s chocolate kitchen. All the recipes have been tested and retested to perfection and she still is testing and inventing because of her belief in great chocolate and what fun it is.
All the ingredients are selected for their quality and freshness. “I believe that with the best ingredients I produce the best chocolates.” Since the beginning she has never sacrificed the quality and taste of the finished products. |
