PHILOSOPHY
At C'est Chic Cupcakes we have established the “Gold Standard” for our bakery fresh little cakes. Our painstaking attention to detail and ambassador-like service will be applied to all of our touch points. When you invite our cupcakes to your celebration, whether a children’s birthday party, office function, charity event, or your all-important wedding day, we will create edible artistry that never compromises on taste or moistness. We created our menu with an emphasis on unique, exotic and high quality ingredients that would tantalize even the fussiest cupcake critic.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY
I have read and agree to the Return/Refund policy. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can ask for a prompt refund. Refunds will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. We are unable to accept returns on any of our edible items (cupcakes, gum paste flowers, frosting flowers, etc…) or any non-edible items that have been used or worn. The original display rental and/or delivery charges are non-refundable. You must contact C'est Chic either by phone or e-mail to obtain authorization before returning items for any reason or for requesting a refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY
24-hour cancellation (by calling the store) required for all advance orders.

DELIVERY / SHIPPING POLICY
C'est Chic Cupcakes does not currently ship our C'est Chic Cupcakes or associated products. We consider our customer base to be the South Denver-Metro area. We offer FREE DELIVERY to most South Denver-Metro addresses when a 3-dozen minimum order is purchased. To determine if your address falls within the FREE DELIVERY area you will need to input your delivery location zip code. Those orders falling outside of the FREE DELIVERY area, but still within the total C'est Chic Cupcakes delivery area will be subject to a $15 delivery charge. Orders outside of our total delivery area are still welcome, but will require customer pick-up at out Greenwood Village/Cherry Hills store. Customers always have the option of ordering online, in person or by phone, and can always choose to pick up their order(s) in person.

We will deliver your order within 30 minutes of your requested time on the date of the event. If unforseen obstacles arise (inclement weather, traffic accidents, vehicle breakdown, etc...) will assure that you are called at the contact number provided to explore alternatives (e.g. having the customer pick up or move the delivery time later if that is an option for the customer). In the event that C'est Chic Cupcakes cannot meet the delivery commitment, and that renders the need for the cupcakes obsolete, we will refund the customer or provide an equal dollar amount credit for a future order.
